Exercise

For the longest time I have hated exercising, hated going to the gym, feeling the strain on my muscles. However, recently I may have found that thrill everyone talks about, the rush, the high. I don’t want to jinx this or set too many expectations for myself, but I am really excited to go to the gym and feel the high. I also can’t wait for my body to look toned and fit. Hopes to a new routine.
